1. Overview

This website is operated by Carrer Concept — Digital Utopia, Lda, trading as Prisma ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Rua da Carreira 41, 4435-145 Rio Tinto, Porto, Portugal. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Prisma.

By visiting getprisma.store and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you should not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Products and pricing

We try to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Software and content on the device

The Prisma console is sold as hardware. Any files, emulators or content pre-loaded on the device are provided as-is. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content on the device complies with the copyright law of your country. We do not sell, licence or claim ownership of any third-party game, brand or trademark, and no affiliation with any games publisher or console manufacturer is implied.

5. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

7. Returns, cancellation and warranty

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee in addition to that. Every console carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Delivery

Our Shipping policy forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

You can review the most current version of these terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these terms by posting updates here. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these terms affects your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
